write it to 350pgs up, then use adobe to convert it. (you have to buy the full version of adobe acrobat, not just the reader)

I used OpenOffice to create one (it's free). It was pretty easy. You just write the book and export it as a PDF. One other thing to consider is that you will probably want to create a book cover, either using ebook cover creating software or hiring a graphic designer to do it for you.
