I am job seeker. I am tring to apply by searching form internet. And plan to do walk-in now. Many of interesting jobs require the experience that I don't have or have a little. Some of them require experience in planing, budgeting, selling, brand buiding, English Skill ( I am non native speaker, live in asia ) etc. I graduated in BBA, major Marketing. I have knowledge but never use it. Because now I work in distibution company, they don't need to do any marketing plan as must. So I cannot use the experience here for refer. I used to interview several time but it seem like they don't give any chance to lack of experience applicant. Do you have any suggest? When I found interesting job with require experience, I should to apply? How can I make them interested me on my resume? How can I convine them on interview to hire me? Thanks

Well, here is a challenge for you. I do marketing for a computer furniture company called Versa Tables. We have a website, http://www.versatables.com which is very successful and is the only marketing tool that we've used so far. We are now trying to do other forms of marketing to expand our client base, and we need some fresh, creative, new ideas. Tell me how you would market our company. Write out a marketing strategy, marketing ideas, advertising, etc. and email it to me. As soon as you do that, you can list it as relevant marketing experience when you go to apply for a job. If nothing else, just list a bunch of ideas you have to market any company, because anytime you interview for a company, they are going to ask what your ideas are.
