yes ! needless yowling noises bother me and their owners are even worse, i've got voodoo dolls with needles but it's working too slow. Some of us are sensitive to loud noises ! I lived in this house first and now i got noisy dogs and I can't wear earplugs while watching TV at full sound ..... I still am hearing those dogs. IS THERE A GOOD STOP BARK MACHINE ON THE MARKET ????? I found some listings on the internet but no info, doesn't tell about the results from consumers

call your local animal control or police if this barking/howling is that bad. You should have rules/laws for that.

Most cities, towns, counties, etc., have ordinances against barking dogs which create a nusiance. Call your local animal control, listed in the phone book, or local police (at their office number, not 911) and ask about what you can do. In most cases, if the people can't control the dogs and they are a continual nusiance, the animal control people will deal with them and solve your problem.

I've got the same prob. There's this crazy old lady living nearby and she's got 2 dogs and she lets them out all night. They bark and bark, and she has a police scanner so I can't file a complaint. But, for your prob, maybe you can file complaint with Animal control or the cops. Just try reasoning with the people first. Good Luck.

That happened to me before. There is a sound muffler. It works by: putting it on the limits of your yard. It traps the noise inside your yard! It is only 100 dollars!

Move or kill the dogs. OOOOOhhh wait that might ofend the pet loving population of the world. Talk to the owner of the dogs or call the animal control office of the area and ask what can be done if the animals are causing problems.

I can feel for you' I can not stand loud noise either, but I can give you no advice just try talking to the owner's and see what comes out of that.

It needs to be mounted within about 50 feet of the barking dog. You can find them at pet supply stores. They work pretty well for dogs who start barking at something and then just don't seem to know when to stop - the beep distracts them from barking. There's also one that has a loud high-pitched audible beep - that's what I ended up using for our neighbor's dog who barked nonstop ALL DAY LONG and drove me NUTS. The beep only quieted it for a moment (it was an obsessive barker), but it must have been annoying enough to the owners that they finally started keeping their dog inside. In the meantime, you can try closing all your windows and turning on your house fan, if you have central air. It's not really fair for you to have to pay a higher utility bill, but at least it may help to mute the noise a bit until your neighbor starts taking care of the dog.

hey there should be a noise ordnance or a curfew on noise. call the police. if it continues file complaints and keep calling the police. if you do so consistently then your neighbor will have to do something.
